You could probably also take off the ~$35MM cash so it's really - 'Is 5MM oz worth more than $75MM?' or equivalently, 'is gold in the ground worth more than $15/oz when it's selling on the Comex at $1600/oz?'  (keeping in mind the capex required to build the mine and the ~$700/oz operating cost).

 

I would guess everybody invested in Volta would say yes, which is why it's so frustrating that there's so little buying.
