from the ORE board from RBC:

Higher grade intersections at Bomboré

Trading Indicator : neutral

Our Take - Whilst these results are positive and demonstrate the presence of relatively high grade zones at Bomboré, overall it remains a relatively low grade deposit, which we believe is likely to be challenging to fund and develop in the current gold market. Orezone has reported a number of positive results from the ongoing drilling programme at the company’s Bomboré gold project in Burkina Faso that should augment the current Measured and Indicated Resource of 4.131 Moz at 1.03 g/t. The drilling has been focused on targeting potential satellite deposits to the southeast of the main orebody. Better results include 15.5 metres at 2.36g/t from 35.5 metres, 16 metres at 1.88 g/t from 39 metres and 18 metres at 2.17 g/t from 65 metres. The company is focusing on increasing the size of the softer near surface oxide portion of the Resource that extends to a depth of 50 metres and plans to publish a full feasibility study during H2 2013.
