Thanks, hcahoon, this is Alka Singh from today's article.  I hadn't seen that yet.  She has been following Volta for a long time now and was recommending it at much, much higher prices than this.  She done a number of very detailed reports about all of Volta's properties.  She is probably as knowledgable about Volta as anyone, next to Kevin.   According to her, Volta has been sold off not on the real risk but on the perceived risk of being in Burkina Faso.  Here is the link again; I had trouble with hcahoon's:
