RE: RE: Goldman analysis

RE: RE: Goldman analysis

I just think there is not much insight around these days on the price of gold movements.  It seems the sentiment is why hold gold or gold related investments when the S & P and the DOW are roaring to new highs every day.  And the buoyancy in those markets is due to positive feelings about the economy.  So I am just saying I am not persuaded by it.  And I am surprised that there is such negative sentiment around gold based on such lightweight analysis.  To sell gold now and jump into a market index of a bunch of large cap dividends would be like deciding to follow everyone into shorting the market in March, 2009;   I would rather be early to the next party than late for the last one.  Gold and gold mining companies will continue to have a place in this world.  The negative sentiment for gold  is just unreal.  It won't be long until something comes along to send investors back to gold.   And Volta will survive and thrive regardless of the day to day changes in the price of gold.
