VTR MD&A

VTR MD&Awhich was recently issued..... on page 1....
.
On June 13, 2013, Volta announced the results of voting by shareholders at the annual and special
meeting held the same day. All seven director nominees were re-elected by shareholders with support
ranging from 92.2% up to 99.9%. The auditor of the Company, KPMG LLP, was re-appointed with
99.8% support and the Company’s stock option plan was re-approved with 73.8% voting in favour
.
Those are the more than 90% approval for directors and officers and stock options approval rating 73% I talked about in my previous post.
.
Lets hope management has picked the bottom to grant their options......and VTR moves up from here on..... and management can secure a sale of Goaua, can deliver an improved BFS and secure financings for Kiaka development.
