My only hope is when we get the revised amount of gold at Kiaka

Anybody else been feeling a little nervous about QE2 coming to an end at the end of the month?? The TSX is headed back down to support and if it breaks that then down she goes, but hopefully that wont happen, Gold stocks are already really oversold but doesn't mean they cant go even lower. Equities are so out of favor right now, too much risk in this market at this time. Hopefully the resource ...more

We're victims of the seasonal influence, some political instability in the region, and now a protracted downtrend that will turn off all the momentum players until it turns in a definitive way.The market has been ignoring the drill results because they're infilling an existing resource, not a new discovery.  I don't think I've ever seen infill drilling generate a big ...more

It's only infill drilling to the 200m depth mark... these results are going down 500m+ and showing gold. As far as I'm concerned these are more than infill results.  The resource is getting large.

Fair enough, but I think only the more savvy market participants read to that level of detail, so most just look at 'Kiaka drill results' and miss the implications, until the resource estimate comes out and the stock price goes shooting up.  Then the general market will notice.  Its amazing how much inefficiency there is in the market (look at how long the credit and housing ...more

I agree.  Average investor does not know what he/she is buying and selling, but buys and sells by following the herd.
