company plans to go into production by 2015 i thought....so is that out of cards now?

No, according to the latest presentation, the company is still targeting 2014 for production. However, the market is basically saying it doesn't think the company will be able to raise the 607 million required to fund the construction, or at least won't be able to raise it without massive dilution.
