Opinions Please: Buying out ElectromedWhat if Viemed bought out the maker of Smartvest?

The vest treats patients with chronic lung conditions with impaired airway clearance and could be very complimentary to their expanding oxygen business. 

 Electromed has currently been falling and trading around 80mill market cap. Also looks like leadership is having more difficulty breaking through to referrals as covid pandemic has prevented them from seeing patients and doctors. It does have an interesting remote monitoring program that's pretty underappreciated as well.

Viemed has an active inside sales program that I'm sure can grow this business.
