1. Covid is behind us.
2. OIG is a non issue
3. The company set up the base around the country. It is just at the beginning stage.
4. All acquistions will be close to Viemed areas.
5. The ability to grow margins with Viemed streamline approach after acquisitions.
6. The risk over the last few years is over with. They survived with everything that transpired.
7. They made 20 million during the Covid mess on sales of equipment.
8. They proved they are able to adapt during hard times.
9. They didn't dilute shares.
10. They own three buildings with zero debt.
11. The first acquistion won't dilute shares, and they will be able to pay down debt quickly with free cash flow.
12. Increase in payments from CMS.
13. Viemed is looking at the big picture across the whole country.
