I've owned PHM long before the split.. with better metrics than you brag about, but I'm frustrated with my investment in it, so I criticize it, and you for constantly bragging about your cost base which no one who's taken a position in the stock for the last 5 years can duplicate, thus making your comments just meaningless bragging,  so I'm slowly unloading it for better investments, but to avoid cratering the stock its a slow process.
I could bragg about the new Mercedes I bought 10 years ago and tell everyone to buy one, but you will never buy it at the price I bought it at, so its meaningless too.. get it??
