Strange times!
This stock is way oversold - RSI of about 24 - so logically it seems to be a good time for a gamble. The trouble is that over the last week or so, and today, the only big buyer has been National Bank whereas the sellers have been much more widespread, led by Anonymous and CIBC. Scary. Some analysts love the stock but where are the buyers? Perhaps the OIG and Phillips factors are still weighing?
