Care to guess what the industry standard for bad debt % is? I wonder if the spike is the effect of clean up of old accounts?

Pretty sad when bad debts become an excuse for slowing organic growth. Good thing they got that CPI raise or revenue growth would have been flat to negative. Anyway...the market got it right and expect more pain ahead. Now they have to prove they can intergrate aquisitions. Still a show me story. IMO GLTA
