My $.02

Where's the volume?

if you want profitability buy Loblaws

my sense is the boys are building a cookie cutter.  They are showing how things could be done.   Let's buy an oxygen supplier.   Let's buy a tech company.   Let's buy a small operation in just one state.

they are showing the way to integrate - but leaving the mass roll out to the bigger player who will ultimately buy them.   They are avoiding the entanglements that accompany rapid growth by being very selective in their targets.

this company remains a strategic marketing play in my opinion.  It's about preparing for vertical integration with a major health provider.   If your looking for short term profit and dividend buy a bank.   This one is about buy out for three times market value.  My guess is three years.
