So what are you saying,if the boundries go in HBM'S favour,VMS are throwing in the towel, and are moving lock stock and barrel over to Puella Bay.The original discovery hole was drilled on VMS  sole property was it not..Guess this must be why VMS is still sitting at .28 from here if the decision goes in HBM favour stock will drop to the teens. HBM have never been known to jump into deals, but they have been known to wait the prospectors out and the smaller juniors then jump on thier properties, this could be a long wait before anything is signed..JMO
