How Low can she go???As Chubby Checker once sang "How Low can she go"LOL  Check out A-r-c-m- Rapidrob 's post has a lot of merit. VMS should be looking beyond HBM, because HBM&S were never known  to pay a premium for any property they have accumulated. Almost a year wasted . I'm surprised Rapidrob over on A-r-c-m has not been verbally attacked for his differance of opinion.
