in Shakespeare's Hamlet Like Marcellus says to Horatio "something is rotten in the state of Denmark". As in the VMS / Dunlop agreement there must be a reasonable basis for the Dunlop suit that they feel it is worth the legal cost. VMS management should be working to resolve the dispute expeditiously to enhance shareholder (their bosses) value
