RE: RE: RE: RE: REED LAKE ON SCHEDULE! GO VMS

U, didn't mean to hit a nerve.  You have made some interesting statements and I am no lawyer but:

1.  I have not heard too many instances where a lawsuit has resulted in the assets of a company being frozen.  Lawsuits happen in business all the time and business continues.  The tobacco industry could testify to that phenomenon very well.

2.  I would think that a judge would "let" a company that has earned money have it, absent a judgement.  To do otherwise might be prejudicial.  Should a judgement come about, then a judge might not "let" a company have $$$$$.

3.  You are right in stating that the market price is the price.  That price is determined by the last sale today.  Obviously you had no hand in that transaction (in particular).  However, bashing might (generally) keep a price down.

4.  If you had sold at $1.50 or even $.75 I might be calling you a genius.

5.  As for buying any time for a +7 cent discount, put in your bid and get in line behind the 105000 shares that are shown to be sitting at the bid right now at $.20.  Besides, why would you consider getting back onto a ship if it truly were sinking?
