RE:Reed Lake for Sale? Maybe not/ Maybe yes?

RE:Reed Lake for Sale? Maybe not/ Maybe yes?

Thanks axegirl1. This Interesting article makes sense.

The original plan was not to mine the near surface zinc layer of the Reed deposit. At zinc at $0.85 was only marginally profitable.

That made sense to me.

Now with the zinc price over a dollar and expected to increase even more, the marginal layer is being mined.

That makes sense to me.

Oh shucks! Oh ... what to say? How about there is more ore ... we have to mine it ... we have to revise and increase our mine life projections.

No ... that does not make sense to me.

Seems to me. That mining companies want it all.

That makes sense to me.

But why does my head spin and spin when I read about progress involved a mining company with a junior partner JV. But at least I get a chuckle. And guess what? ... that makes sense to me!
