RE:Vote???

RE:Vote???Yes, we get a vote.

Every vote counts... So make sure to vote. They need to 2/3 approval for agreement to pass.

In my opinion, active and "creative" management would have taken advantage of this depressed market. Reed was/is taken care of. We discovered Reed by exploring. That's what exploration companies do. There are lots of opportunities to pick up exploration plays in the market.

For example:

-right now I'd be promoting VMS (can't remember the last time I've seen any promotion). Reminding the market that Reed Lake is the 5th highest grade copper mine; therefore highly leveraged to the price of copper and poised for great returns once copper price improves.

-I'd send the message to the market at how oversold our shares are by announcing a normal course issuer bid (NCIB - share buy back). This would lower share count, increase and support share price. With markets improving as we speak; this would further drive price recovery.

-search and find a project in the market that has suitable risk/reward

-as markets recover and share price increases  (and attractive project/s in the pipeline) we could attract capital at more favourable terms (less dilution)

-during these times I would cut back on expenses. Even take a cut in salary, to send a message to loyal shareholders that we're in this together. (Don't ignore or underestimate what a loyal shareholder base can do for the success of a company)

Glta,

Long term shareholder whose voting "NO"
