Is VMS totally out of cash with no ability to raise? Was there no hope of positive cash flow here? Is this the only option available to them VMS Management, why agree to this if its so bad? I'm just trying to understand what's going on,,. I'm thinking of dumping my position as a bad choice and a tax loss,,.
