understanding the discount in share price between vms/rnxIf I am correct this stock will trade based on the .24 and cash until the shares stop trading. If I elect that option and sell my shares after I vote and elect I am assuming the purchaser will get that election. The big discount right now with .39 option makes more sense. It really is trading based on cash and .24.
