VMS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PLAN OF ARRANGEMENT
VMS Ventures Inc. has completed its previously announced plan of arrangement with Royal Nickel Corp. Pursuant to the plan of arrangement, VMS has become a wholly owned subsidiary of RNC, and all of the issued and outstanding common shares of VMS were transferred to RNC in exchange for an aggregate of 30 million RNC common shares and $3,507,000 in accordance with the alternative options available to VMS shareholders as detailed in the plan of arrangement.
Following completion of the plan of arrangement, application will be made to have VMS's common shares delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and to have VMS cease to be a reporting issuer in those jurisdictions in Canada in which it currently has reporting obligations.
