Why would RNX pull the trigger on this deal? If it isn't obvious, then it is perhaps because they were privy to information the rest of us weren't. What will be telling is the content of future VMS/Reed Lake press releases. Hopefully, for the sake of VMS management credibility, these releases will contain content which couldn't possibly have been known or ready before April 25th.
