Accountable???

Accountable to no one and they know it! Something very wrong with this deal... and it's probably gonna get a lot worse, but know this... you'll be getting screwed over and they'll just keep getting fatter!

Contrary to what the beliefs are on this board, management looks after management, no ands, ifs, or buts about it. Your right they are accountable to no one. They just padded their financial security and long term wellbeing. They may or they may not start up again under a different name, but my opinion there will be severance payouts etc, and VMS management will disappear into the sunset. It's ...more

Its possible management have struck the best deal for shareholders, you don't know that. Exploration other than Reed Mine has come up with nothing viable, Reed mine will generate enough cash to pay off the debt owed to HBM then it will be mined out. So maybe you did get a good deal after all.
