So what kind of back room dealings have occurred to have VMS management, HBM and Poutney all agree to this BS takeover? Copper's on fire. Thanks VMS for looking out for your shareholders. A holes.

werdnapk, ssshhhh, you're supposed to be a good little shareholder and not say anything... well, at least until "we" get this deal done. truly SHAMEFUL longon is correct.... Let's get to the bottom of this. VMS shareholders are NOT fools!!
