pennyOK; great post but Tullow is not an integrated company?  (per se)  Although I agree with most of your other comments, I wonder if TLW would entertain a deal w/ ERHE? 

With VEL, Its a little strange when you consider that SMB and TPN announced that they are seeking farm outs 6+ months ago and now VEL decides to go the same route after acquiring Fluormin..?  And they have to drill be the end of July?  Am I missing something here?  cheers.
