10x multiples should be $0.23-2.30 for the share price. NTR has 5x multiple at current price. Current price has priced in a lot of growth.

Nothing major. Most of the ANM movements have been associated with the easements for road/access. All have been approved by ANM just need landholder agreements - assume they're ongoing. '
