And, shamefully, we all saw it coming. Its like that shiny object, its allure causes us to suspend rational judgement. Case in point: we all suspected CEO's late stages of discussion carbon credit deal was iffy as hell. We kinda thought it was a distraction from the fact farmers  ain't digging the product, especially after the orders were cancelled from the flood. Yet we are all going ...more

Not really I bount at 2.6 and sold those at 3.9 ....new i still have 237000 shares and show profit....but I think verde could make 20 cents a shares next year profit and 2 cad$ is makes it cheap..I would buy again at this level but i have enough shares
Comment by Benedictus on Sep 28, 2023 1:39am
I'm curious what you see on the horizon that makes you believe they can achieve .20c next year? From my viewpoint it's way too early to tell with too much uncertainty around a lot of moving parts. Q3 is ther peak demand quarter, so sales volume will be the most important indicator of success or failure. But beyond that, oil, potash, Brazilian commodity prices and interest rates all ...more

Maybe it takes a bit longer ....i do not know where the company will be in 2024  hart part , the second plant is built so now they have to sell and manage it well and i am positive ...even they make ontly 10 cents next year...

While I mostly agree with you, as a long term holder it's commensurate upon me to also play devil's advocate wrt recent lackluster sales. We must keep in mind just what Verde is up against in terms of penetrating a market successfully dominated by international potash behemoths with enormous advantages. This has been a synergistic relationship, having made many farmers and farming ...more

The tax loss selling kicks in, trust of CEO i reduced to zero, and we need an army of gullible investors to actually believe the CEO, and that won't happen, word is out, his reputation is now the biggest liability and detriment to the story. Lesson learned...again
Comment by Mexiurl on Sep 28, 2023 6:57am
And, more importantly, Farmers, a group that knows the smell of b.s., are not interested in this bulky product that saw firm orders cancelled due to flood. They won't be back, They were let down once, word has spread, and the competition can remind them that dealing with Verde is not worth the risk. So sales won't ever be what was set expectation wise, and discounted projections, any time ...more

There u go folks. Even at 80 cents its 4 million. No sales, no credibility, but selling is just estate planning....like the politician that resigns in disgrace is planning to spend time with his family. Good night Irene. Nozzpack the CEO has left the building, and we got screwed

Sure sign that nothing positive on the horizon. So did he just wake up this morning and thought why not dump a bunch of shares, all the fluff we've been listening to lately. I was out last week, I feel for those left holding this junk.
Comment by Celt1967 on Sep 28, 2023 10:30am
Jesus Ben, with so much negativity why on earth can you still be long on this company?.....
Comment by Benedictus on Sep 29, 2023 1:08am
A fair question. In hindsight, completely liquidating my position when all the stock boards were in hyper bullish mode would have been the right move. Unfortunately, I bought the industry and company narrative that the potash supply disruption would be an ongoing tailwind for the sector, backstopping global potash prices, which turned out to be false.  I am a critical long not a cheerleader ...more

Dont kid yourself, the assembled team will bail also. Stock options will be shakey, and all those guys look impressive on paper, until they end up gone. This is unravelling, and its pretty much game over. Every debacle is different, but they all rhyme. No Brazilian investors? Think about it.
Comment by Mexiurl on Sep 29, 2023 6:27am
And don't forget, the CEO was pumping until the jig was up...aka NOZZPACK. Pretty low class
Comment by Mexiurl on Sep 29, 2023 6:40am
They shoulda halted the stock, like when we got an administrative permit for rail capacity 100 times greater than current sales. HALT! who goes there? Nobody, we all bailed
Comment by Tslayer on Sep 29, 2023 7:58am
The disposition plan doesn't come into effect until October 10th. Any guesses on what the SP will be on that day when he dumps his block of shares? There will be a drop today.
Comment by Benedictus on Sep 29, 2023 11:40pm
Can I ask why are you still posting here? Initially your posts were worth considering and debating but now they have devolved into vitriolic nonsense (suggesting you know the team Cris is assembling will leave soon? Suggesting Cris was posting as nozzpak?? - please be real!!).  Ironically you've become the anti-nozzpak, straining credibility with your eagerness to dismiss anything that ...more

You bring a slide rule to a street fight. The shareholders were mislead, guidance, imminent cc deal, c'mon man!. The problem is not in crunching numbers, its in believing numbers. Nowhere in the textbook does it mention that you should doubt the numbers. If there is doubt, the slide rule doesn't work, the model is bogus, the stock goes down, putting the corporation into a severe position ...more

Kaiser, an iffy promoter, has all but given up on his prized company, NPK. He used the word BANKRUPTCY. he called this situation with the CEO a train wreck.  I guess the lack of leadership and all the pie in the sky stuff he has been spewing for too long is slowly working its way into reality. Time has run out, and the dead cat bounce was Monday. So, kinda hard to model a company when nobody ...more

Insider selling and missed guidance is seldom a recipe for success...Earl Jones said that
Comment by mingzhu on Sep 29, 2023 5:06pm
why not sell now and buy later if your rationals are based on carbon credit. Without the carbon credit, it is a penny stock by any metrics of  normal fertilzer company. I expect SP will be in 0.20s if there is no carbon credit in 6 months.
