Fat finger or informed trade?

strange bump to a high of 27.6 today on +-100k volume. Was this a costly mistake or do these buyers know something the market doesn't? (i.e. higher offer price)

While my preference was to keep holding Valener, the vote has decided and we sell to Noverco. It was a somewhat fair offer and we have not been abused by controlling shareholder in my opinion, so ...more

Have not received it yet. It seems they just sent it on May 7 while it's been filed on sedar since April 24. Will vote Against. Special meeting is June 11.
