Noverco bid is too cheap, vote against

Valener provides me a safe 5% current dividend. That div is growing at 4% per year. That div is rock solid since from mostly regulated operations with few or no competitors.

This tax-advantaged dividend is a foundation of my income.

I am also facing a large tax bill since I am a long time owner and the consideration is cash-only.

I wish this offer is rejected so we can keep on holding. That $26 offer is just that, an opportunistic offer, and it needs 66% of the shareholders to agree. I think this stock is widely held by retail investors so we do have a say.

Alternative investments to replace VNR are yielding around 4.2% in this low rate era. If Noverco really wants to be fair, they can have my shares for $28.50, which would represent a 4.2% dividend yield valuation.
