Did any of you receive this? On April 24, 2019, the management Information Circular of nergir Inc., in its capacity as General Partner of nergir, L.P., acting as manager of Valener, was filed on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval ("SEDAR"). This information circular was sent to shareholders on May 7, 2019 in anticipation of the ...more

Have not received it yet. It seems they just sent it on May 7 while it's been filed on sedar since April 24. Will vote Against. Special meeting is June 11.

Main problem is VNR counts 40 millions shares. Anyway, will vote NO with my 3000 humble shares.

I have placed my votes against. It will be interesting to see how the big holders will vote. 66 2/3 must be voted For in order to pass.
