RE:cross wiredThe company can generate revenues quickly if the oil is there compared to mining gold. Plus oil is one of the few, not only commodity to increase this year. Also, the fact Rango’s properties are located domestically makes this project more transparent. Investors can actually visit the site, as some already have, which was not the case at Douglas.
I was looking for more information about the geology of San Joaquin Valley and came across this site.

Also, good article about Elk Hills. Rango has property on its eastern border. I believe they plan to drill Elk next. The article is a little outdated, but still relevant imo.
