Last time we were at $40 oil Torc was between $1.75 - $1.80.

TOG, like all other TSX stocks are being shorted to death. Check Shortdata.ca for September 1st to the 16th for TOG you'll see the % of total trades was 33.757 with short traded volume being 4,880,436 shares. Shorters have realized that this spike in price is just temporary as a result of the oversupply and will be bringing it back down again.
