Ya sure, once the mdm/leit gives us our own money back we will be lucky not to be bankrupt in 2 quarters or less. No one will invest in this company. They are untrustworthy and everything they do, they do the hard way.

Maybe not invest, but Veritas does have a production licence, which is attractive to companies who don't yet have one.  There are things in the works.  Hang in there.

I dont believe they have a licence until I see some news that says they have acquired one. Can you show proof they have a licence in hand? No you cant because it's not a done deal.

How do you know it's already in the courts?  It will be about a 5-10 minute hearing in chambers.  Once LIHT is served with papers, they have 21 days to file a response, assuming their lawyer doesn't ask for more time (generally lawyers will give more time as a courtesy, but in this case they may not given that they need the cashflow).  In either case, the lawyers will need
