Ventas Prices $650 Mln of 2028 Senior Notes at 99.233% to Redeem Shorter Maturity Debt 13 Feb 2018 17:20 ET 05:20 PM EST, 02/13/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Ventas (VTR) said late Tuesday it priced a sale of $650 million of 4.00% senior notes due March 1, 2028, at 99.233% of the principal amount. The public offering is expected to close Feb. 23, subject to closing conditions, according to a statement. The company expects to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand and/or borrowings under an unsecured revolving credit facility, to purchase the 4.00% senior notes due 2019 pursuant to a cash tender offer that Ventas Realty commenced Tuesday.
