RE:LongHi Constable

I am a bit like you and ask myself the same question.  I have been in this circus since before they changed the name to VIVO, so obviously my break even is well north of a dollar and the likeihood of us ever getting back there is zero.  The die here was cast when the insiders and senior management simply used this company as their own private ATM dumping tens of millions of shares on the open market (and likey still doing so) effectively killing the shae price and destroying all credibility.  Silly sound bytes of "we are not cowboys" underlined how inept and uneducated these folks tryly were/are.

Perhaps with the takeover the share price might rise a bit but I doubt very much we will ever see our original investment back.  At 2 cents there is not much more to lose so I haven't sold out yet - but I am a bit like yourself only I have about 150,000 shares some of which was bought well north of. a dollar.  Like a fool I averaged down from time to time, but averagig down is only useful if you have a legitimate and credible management that you can trust.

Sadly that is, and in retrospect, never has been, the case here.

Not sure if that helps but at least you know that there are others that share your pain.
