MECHANICSBURG, PENNSYLVANIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 29, 2006) - Versatile Systems Inc.(TSX VENTURE:VV - News), today announced that La-Z-Boy of the Portland Metro and Salem, Oregon areas has selected Versatile's Mobiquity Self Service Kiosk(TM) system (Mobiquity Kiosk(TM)). The Mobiquity Kiosk(TM) system will be placed in six locations and provide customers with the ability to instantly obtain authorization for private label credit from La-Z-Boy's banking partner, Wells Fargo.

Mobiquity Kiosk(TM) enables retailers to automatically process electronic Private-label credit applications. It is designed for retailers such as La-Z-Boy, who sell big ticket items by commissioned sales staff in a retail showroom environment. The solution delivers improved sales performance at the showroom level while providing valuable customer information and business metrics.
