RE: Better numbers...Certainly that they feel comfortable with their products is one reason to reduce R&D spending, but another reason is that they have concerns about ability to meet their short term debt.
Take another look at the numbers and see what has to happen to meet that short term debt.
It does not look to me that they are on target and certainly if I was management I'd be taking some cost cutting measures because they are in trouble if they can't pay that note that comes due in October.
