Versatile isn't on track to meet the projects of that report. That report implies "strong cash position" is paying back debt when it is new equity that is paying back debt. They are doing their valuation on an adjust esp. The unadjust 5c eps is really 4.7c. 8c is 70% more than 4.7c. So they are using an puffed estimate and on a one year forward P/E.
Have you done any research on analyst's projections? Fine and dandy to suggest that these people are professional and therefore can't possibly be wrong, but the research shows otherwise. The further out the projections are, the more wrong they are.
