My TD Waterhouse fundamentals have DOPEY having 140 700 000 shares outstanding, with the company worth at market cap $42,200
If there was dilution, the outstanding shares would be going up.
the fact is that people are trading more than the shares outstanding almost every day, one 1/10 000 of a penny. However, we are talking about peanuts here. There are no heavy stakers.
Until DOPEY makes good on their expansion, this company is not going to be worth millions. If you luck out, you could make a few hundred bucks on the 1/10 000 up and down, but not talking about a lot here. most anyone can lose is $42,000 if they bought up every share themselves.
