RE:Superior bids
RE:Superior bidsi would think other suitors can show up...the break fee is small at $1.45m..so on 20m shares it adds about 7.3c to the price, so quite small and not an impediment for another party to make an alternative bid...it would be hard for a board to argue that $3.40 is superior and not $3, when the market is currently saying the other offer is worth $2.40 per share, not well received...i am dissapointed with the BOD because if im a potential purchaser on the sidelines, i know that the best the company can do is $2.40, so I now have a floor I have to clear..so if BOD was saying $3.40 in the past, $2.40 is now the relevant number that needs to be topped....i would prefer a cash bid as I am not happy with BSM managment captaining the ship and spending WEW $$ given their mixed results in past..glta
