Does anyone know when the next earnings release is scheduled??????

Not yet announced, but probably mid-November.  This quarter is crucial. If they can remain profitable, then it's 2 straight quarters of profitability and it's much easier to shop the company around for the management, which will make any M&A look better on paper.
