can anyone explain why no news in over a month from a small public company that is at an all time low, a solid base has formed and bottom seems to be built in. would this not be the perfect time to announce a few large sales. i do not understand and want this thing to take off but it will need some fuel to do so.

Could PI Financial have somethiong to do with it?????Over 500K today, I'm not sure how many they own but they have been buying for a while now.I would expect that something good is brewing.
