Just started to follow

Just started to followI have been looking at the big US banks that have gone through the wringer over the last quarter and have narrowed down my list to Morgan Stanley,  JP Morgan and WFC.  I think they all offer good potential for substantial Capital gains over the next few years and pay an adequate dividend while you wait.  The big question I have right now is......Is the dividend safe?  So, I will be looking at the numbers over the next month and waiting until early to mid Feb before hitting the buy botton. I have holdings right now in ING and Barclays which I want to dump as they have severely cut back or eliminated ttheir dividend and I also think the European banks are an avoid.  The best potential for gain is the US or Canadian banks.  Just my thoughts...............
