RE: RE: RE: Shakeout...I did write to them, but all I got in return was an useless reply from their external IR guy (he didn't know the actual status, but he was sure they we're "moving forward"). That apart, I'm not terribly worried about it. Korea Zinc has already invested $10 million and are now represented on Woulfe's board.

Nothing's certain until the deal actually closes, and it's easy to come up with scenarios for what could go wrong, but I'm inclined to think that negotiation of various details and fcompletion of various formalities is what is taking place right now. Woulfe should have done themselves a favour and included a paragraph about expected time for closing of the deal in their recent NR about shareholder approval, though.
