You can try writing to Woulfe directly and asking, though it's a bit hit and miss as to whether you get an useful reply. I'm pretty sure they'll get the permits they'll need, though, provided they can prove the ore is there and that the economics work.
One of the drawbacks of investing in Woulfe is that they're exceptionally good at creating unnecessary confusion with their press releases, like for instance the one today, which uses the same title as one they released just over two weeks ago, or the fact that their website has seemingly been abandoned since May.
Given how easy this stuff would be to fix, and how poorly it reflects on the company, I have no idea why they continue to get it wrong. I'd normally consider it somewhat of a red flag, but in this instance I'm (thus far) willing to believe that the actual project is sound enough.
