Your argument makes sense but I don't think that management would be negotiating financing at this point given that we have about 10 months of money in the bank at the present burn rate. That gives us until October and we will have our bankable FS in March which would give a much stronger position to our side of the table or even allow us to secure debt financing rather than more dilutive means. 

I don't know much about this manipulation, I tend to buy on fundamentals, but it surprises me how much this seems to happen and is permitted. I guess I could see debt financers keeping the price down to make the company more desperate for a loan and improve the terms. I suppose the same could be said for an off-take agreement but perhaps less so.

Good luck to all. We shouldn't need it but it never hurts.
