This is where technicals on their own fail to paint a complete picture.  You say support around 27 cents?  Please show me when this stock has hit the 20's since the announcement of the offtake agreement.  These little technical analysis websites aren't capable of taking into account drastic changes in the fundamentals of the company.  With news of the offtake, support to me seems to be closer to 31-32 cents.  I am an advocate of technical analysis, however with speculative (albeit Woulfe is becoming less speculative all the time) stocks, it only provides insight when considered in the context of company fundamentals.  My bet is on the BFS in early april...there won't be any question what the technicals will be saying on that day.
