RE: BREAK DOWN COST OF $173.221 PER MTU ...I agree with your operating cost of $173.22 but on page 4 of the report under capital costs there is an additional $58.2 million life of mine sustainability cost not included in the 61.84 column. Dividing that cost by 11.5 years gives an additional yearly cost of $5.06 million. Dividing 5060000 by 428400 gives an additional cost of $11.81/MTU for a new total of $185.03/MTU.
...No one else seems to count depreciation but if we do then on a straight line basis 151/11.5 is another 13.13m/yr. Dividing by 428400 gives depreciation cost of $30.65 and a total of $215.68. Do we have other costs like G&A?
