...This is not the only stock that disregards "good" news. Example v.GWG which got a technology agreement to separate rare earths. Went down. Got $90m financing, Went down. Largo has taken forever to get financing (still not). Down 60% from 2006 (always jam tomorrow but never jam today). Modified saying, "the market can stay irrational longer than some of us will live".
